Description

The ITE 4-Panel Screening Machine 4PSM 3x15 MC is designed to dewater heterogeneous solid-liquid mixtures.

Therefore the screening machine is equipped with 3 hydro-vacuum-cyclones and 4 panel screens.

The 3 hydro-vacuum-cyclones separate fine particles (down to 45 µm) from the slurry. The purified liquid leaves the hydro-vacuum-cyclones via the cyclone overflow, the fine particles are removed at the cyclone underflow and fall on the screens.

With a G-force of up to 6.3 G the installed panel screens are set into motion, hereby dewatering the slurry and separating the solid particles from the liquid.
