Description


The ITE MiniKompakt-2 is a compact and powerful desanding and separation plant designed to dewater slurries.

 

The plant is equipped with

  • a 3-chamber tank integrated into a 20ft frame
  • three screening machines, each equipped with 3 screens
  • two installed feed pumps for feeding the cyclones with material
  • 2 x 12“ hydro vacuum cyclones for the treatment of sandy to silty slurry properties
  • a compact desilter unit consisting of 8 x 6” hydro cyclones for separating fine solids from slurry
  • an integrated control cabinet

 

Due to the 20ft container dimensions, the ITE MiniKompakt-2 separation plant guarantees minimum setup times and an easy transport.

The plant is immediately ready for operation on site and does not require any time-consuming connection work.

 

Fold out platforms and handrails ensure safe working and allow optimum access to the individual plant components.
